FOOD GRADE PVC & PU BELTING

Imported range of belting from Holland includes: PVC Belting FDA approved.  PU belts HACCP compliant .

Belts are cut to size and supplied as per customer’s requirements.

Our PVC conveyor belts are extremely long-lived and very flexible, and they provide outstanding resistance against fat, oil and chemicals.

Depending on the specific belt type PVC conveyor belts comply with the FDA food safety regulations.

Belts can be spliced on site , cold or high frequency.

PU Conveyor belts consist of 1 or 2 layers of thermoplastic polyurethane. This coating material excels through its exceptional resistant to greases, oils and chemicals. Are extremely long service life, highly flexible and are approved for foodstuff in accordance with FDA – HACCP compliant.

CERAMIC PULLEY LAGGING

Rubber lagging for pulleys is essential to improve conveyor belt performance. The use of rubber lagging improve tracking, reduces belt slippage and prolong life of belt, bearing and other accessories. Ceramic pulley lagging is suited for pulleys where slippage and excessive wear and tear problems which make normal rubber lagging ineffective. The ceramic lagging widely used on the drive pulleys, can also be used on snub, bend and tail pulleys, special suited belt under wet, muddy or other extreme working conditions.
